1. Competitions/prize draws are not open to our employees, their families, agents or anyone connected with the competition.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed (prize draws are open to over 18's only). Entries will only be accepted via the official entry form provided on the website.
3. Proof of completing an entry is not proof of receipt of an entry. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or undelivered entries.
4. The operators of the website reserve the right to alter, amend or close the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
5. There are no cash alternatives.
6. Entry to the competition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Please refer to the registration/competition page for the closing date, how and when winners will be notified, and a description of the prizes.
8. Prizes must be claimed within the timescales notified to the winner(s) or the claim becomes invalid and a new winner will be drawn.
9. We reserve the right to publish names of competition winners. In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final.
10. Entries are limited to residents of the UK only unless otherwise stated.
11. No correspondence will be entered into. The names of winners will be available on request after the closing date of the competition (email info@theOracle.co.uk).
